Hello everyone!

I am glad to share the findings about the salary incomes that I just made. I do not include target country because I already moved from Perú to France 3 years ago, I am not totally sure about moving again, and also not sure about where.

And, like to try to open a discussion, I choose to put variables instead benefits of weaknesses because, I believe, this is different for everyone.

So, this is it:

PositionCountry (France)
Average salaryMinimum salaryMaximum salary
Junior Consultant€40,300€36,000€49,000
€45,000€31,000€67,000
€40,000€35,000€73,000
€41,767€34,000€63,000
Senior Consultant€60,000€48,000€72,000
Project Manager€68,000€50,000€73,000
Variables relatedMedical insurance | Salary increace around 9% and 13% | Bonuses are not always a compensation standard | Paris earn more comparing with other cities | 20% taxes & 20% Employer | Life balance | Online work | Mobility | Traffic | State benefits | Company independent benefits
